Czech Rep., Sep 3 (BD) – The nominal average wage in the Czech Republic in Q2 2021 was CZK 38,275, an increase of 11.3% year-on-year. The median wage in August was CZK 32,408. In real terms, the average wage increase was 8.2%. Year-on-year indices are largely affected by the low base effect (Q2 2020) caused by the coronavirus crisis. This year, employees receive an average of CZK 3,900 more than a year ago.
