Brno, Jun 16 (BD) – On Wednesday, the City Council approved the Framework Agreement on Co-operation in Coordination, Preparation and Implementation of the Project for the Construction of a Level Crossing in Bystrc – Kamenolom. The purpose of this agreement between the City of Brno and the South Moravian Region is to co-ordinate the various parties involved in the construction of a level crossing, designed to solve long-term complex traffic issues at the busy interchange.
Petr Kratochvíl (ODS), council member for transport, outlined the next step: “After signing the agreement, the city is immediately launching the tendering process for a contractor to handle the project documentation for planning decisions.”
