Brno, May 17 (BD) – As the perfect way to start your weekend, the beer festival will be running until Saturday, May 18. Paired with live music and amazing refreshments, the festival will be showcasing beer from over 25 different breweries and microbreweries.

The event’s opening yesterday, May 17,  involved a ceremonial parade: a horse-drawn carriage carrying a barrel of beer from Starobrno Brewery – all the way to Riviera. Until this weekend, the event will continue to offer live music (courtesy of a few Czech bands) and a local radio station, Hitrádio City.

For those who crave for food, grilled savory meals are available – without forgetting those who have a sweet tooth! Sweet treats will also be on offer for the festival’s visitors.
